Bacon Vodka

(I haven't tried this yet - but I will!)

Fry three strips of bacon.
Add cooked bacon to a clean pint sized mason jar. If you're a little OCD, trim the ends of the bacon if they're too tall to fit in the jar. If you're sloppy and excited, just pile in a bunch of fried up bacon scraps.
As an optional kicker, add crushed black peppercorns.
Fill the jar with vodka. Cap and place in a dark cupboard for three weeks. No need to refrigerate.
At the end of three weeks, place the bacon vodka in the freezer to solidify the fats. Strain out the fats through a coffee filter and you're left with a pale yellow bacon vodka.
Decant into a nice swine-shaped bottle and pig out!
